Instruct Hyperdrives on Patriot Course for Hyperfest 2015

Event Information

Date: May 1st - 3rd, 2015

Track Name: VIR Patriot Course

Configuration:

Direction:

This registration is only for those instructors wishing to instruct on Patriot Course on Saturday May 2 for HyperFest 2015!
We need 20 Instructors, who can dedicate themselves for Hyperdrives, all day Saturday, on the Patriot Course.   Go to hyper-fest.com for more info about this special event!

The benefits/compensation for volunteering for this:
Friday, May 1st -You will be given FREE track time on VIR Full Course and then can go drive Patriot for an hour toward the end of the day to get familiar with, or "brush up" on the course.  Instructors will be expected to place priority on familiarizing themselves with the Patriot Course, if they are not already.

Saturday, May 2nd - as mentioned previously, you will be dedicated to the Hyperdrivers on the Patriot Course.
You will be provided lunch...and you will be "dismissed" in time to take part in the Saturday evening festivities, of course.  Your last sesssion ends at 5:50 on Saturday.  .

Saturday's schedule on the Patriot Course will be Hyperdrives, every other session with the other session being Drift practice - so you'll definitely have something to watch between Hyperdrives and ample time for a break/lunch...and to socialize.  Jack McAfee will be running classroom up at the Patriot Course, in the Carriage House.  These Hyperdrives will work as they always have, your Student has purchased an on track session and will be required to sit through a classroom session, similar to the first one of the weekend for any HPDE1 Student.

Sunday, May 3rd - You will be allowed to run the Full Course, NO STUDENTS ASSIGNED, in either the HPDE4 or TT group...and we'll feed you lunch as well.

This instructing option provides all sorts of flexibility for getting track time on Friday and Sunday, without having Students assigned, it keeps you busy on Saturday, and it's an opportunity to bring new people into our hobby.  After all, if there were a world with NO "greenhorns", NO Instructors would be needed!

Please email Laura, laura@nasaracing.net if you need more info.

All drivers are responsible for any track damage that is the result of their actions on or off track and will be financially responsible for repair/replacement of damaged track property.
