Welcome to Targa California 2016!

This event is about like-minded enthusiasts enjoying their 1975 and older * cars on some of California's best sports car roads. 

With all the inquiries we have been getting, we are opening registration now.

Sunday May 15, 2016

Meet at HQ Hotel (name and location to be announced) Magic Mountain area. 9:30-11:30 a.m. sign in, get your swag and event directions

12:00 Driver meeting and off we go. Back roads to Paso Robles (Black Oak) for night #1. Dinner is open

Monday May 16th, 2016

Driver Meet at Black Oak HQ hotel in Paso Robles parking lot. Back roads to Scotts Valley for Lunch time visit/ tours of Canepa. LUNCH INCLUDED FOR UP TO TWO PEOPLE

After Lunch, drive down to Mazda Raceway at Laguna Seca for one hour of Parade Laps (tiered groups) Evening open- Monterey lodging info to be announced

Tuesday May 17th: Drive to Paso Robles / Black Oak hotel. Afternoon open. Meet at 6:30 for optional 1 hour night drive through the canyons. Dinner event at special new location (included with entry for ONE person- extra cost for additional people- see form below) 

Wednesday May 18th: Back Roads drive to Farewell Lunch with fun awards. Location to be announced. Event concludes after lunch.

LODGING:

Saturday night May 14th: Some of you are coming from out of town. We are in process of choosing a hotel that we will be operating EVENT CHECK IN on Sunday morning from 9:30 till 11:30. So we will notify you when this is confirmed

TYPE OF CAR: 

* 1975 and older models: Okay, so if you have something special, or a replica Cobra , etc, we will consider your entry. BUT the focus is on the classic era of sports cars. So a 76 280Z qualifies, but the ZX does not. An 89 911 qualifies, but 90 up no. Yeah, yeah, we do have a FEW exceptions for those of you that have supported us from the beginning. FEES: 

Every entry must have a NASA member. Existing members can renew in the form below. New members follow the appropriate link on this site. 

ENTRY FEE: $500 per car. Includes following:

Event entry, Rally booklet, Event jacket for ONE (specify size please) , two large hood stickers, two small hood stickers, ONE event grille badge, Monday lunch for up to two people, Farewell Lunch for up to two people, special Tuesday dinner event for one (additional person can purchase below) , parade laps at Mazda Raceway/ Laguna Seca, swag bag

Event hat (has Targa California embroidered logo) $15 

Event T shirt (specify size- has printed Targa California logo) $15

TOTAL CAR LIMIT: THE EVENT IS OPEN TO 100 ENTRANT CARS. IN CASE WE FILL UP, WE WILL MAINTAIN AN AUTOMATIC WAITING LIST. IF SOMEONE CANCELS, WE WILL CONTACT YOU IN FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ORDER.

NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE CHOSEN FROM THE WAITING LIST, YOU MAY NOT GET THE CORRECT SIZED EVENT JACKET AS YOU ARE FILLING A CANCELLATION SPOT. IF EARLY ENOUGH WE CAN. AS WE GET CLOSER TO THE EVENT, IT BECOMES IMPOSSIBLE

REFUNDS: 
BEFORE MARCH 15, FULL AMOUNT LESS NASA MEMBERSHIP (IF PAID) AND ADMIN FEE $25

MARCH 16TH TO EVENT: IF WE FIND SOMEONE TO TAKE YOUR PLACE, FULL AMOUNT LESS NASA MEMBERSHIP AND $100 FEE
