Event #3172: Jun 27th - 28th, 2020

Our first event of the new season and a new decade. We will be at High Plains Raceway for a weekend of HPDE and racing featuring a 4.5 hour long enduro on Saturday.

To keep with social distancing guidelines, we are not planning on having a Saturday evening dinner/banquet as we normally do. Also, we will be having digital waivers for this event so all crew members and guests will need to register as crew in order to receive the digital waiver. If you are registering as a driver, you do not need to register as crew.

NOTE: If you registered for Pueblo or La Junta, we will move your registration to this event.

Entry Fees for Registrations on or before June 12, 2020

Super Size
If you are racing and would like to run in more than one class, please register to race using your primary class and add a supersize for your secondary class. Supersize entries without a matching racing entry for the driver will be charged the full weekend rate. If you would like to supersize into a third racing class,you will need to complete your registration and register again choosing only to supersizes.

Enduro
We are planning on running a 4.5 hour enduro on Saturday. Depending on the weather, it is scheduled to end before it is too dark to run without headlights. The enduro will use the NASA Endurance rules and classing, however, we will be allowing TT drivers to participate. 

The Enduro entry fee is per team, not per driver. Only the team captain should register for the enduro. The team captain will then ensure that all the drivers are listed in the team.

Transponder Rental

Weekend - $50
One Day - $30
We have a limited number of transponders available for rent each weekend. If this option isn't available, then we're rented out all the transponders.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@nasarockymountain.com.

If your request is received before 12:00PM Mountain time on June 15, 2020, you may select to receive a full refund less a $40 processing fee or full credit towards a future Rocky Mountain region event in the 2020 Season. Requests received after that time are not eligible for a refund. Instead, credit less a $50 fee will be issued that can be used towards a Rocky Mountain event in the 2020 Season.

Credits will be issued via a one time use promotional code that can be used during the normal online registration process. Credits are only valid for one event. If you are unable to attend the event you used the credit towards, a refund or second transfer will not be permitted.
