Event #3175: Apr 25th - 26th, 2020

Given the current situation with Coronavirus in the state of Colorado,
we're currently closing registration for this event.

Our first event of the new season and a new decade. We will be at Pueblo Motorsports Park for a weekend of HPDE and racing. 

Banquet
You entry includes dinner at the Saturday evening banquet. We ask that you please register with the number of people that will be attending, including yourself, so that we can ensure that we have enough food for everyone.

Entry Fees for Registrations on or before April 10, 2020

Weekend HPDE, Racing, or Time Trial - $379
One Day HPDE, Racing, or Time Trial - $209
Weekend Supersize into another race class - $200
One day Supersize into another race class - $100 

Entry Fees for Registrations on or after April 11, 2020

Weekend HPDE, Racing, or Time Trial - $419
One Day HPDE, Racing, or Time Trial - $234
Weekend Supersize into another race class - $220
One day Supersize into another race class - $110 

Super Size
If you are racing and would like to run in more than one class, please register to race using your primary class and add a supersize for your secondary class. Supersize entries without a matching racing entry for the driver will be charged the full weekend rate. If you would like to supersize into a third racing class,you will need to complete your registration and register again choosing only to supersize.

Transponder Rental

Weekend - $50
One Day - $30
We have a limited number of transponders available for rent each weekend. If this option isn't available, then we're rented out all the transponders.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@nasarockymountain.com.

If your request is received before 12:00PM Mountain time on April 13, 2020, you may select to receive a full refund less a $40 processing fee or full credit towards a future Rocky Mountain region event in the 2020 Season. Requests received after that time are not eligible for a refund. Instead, credit less a $50 fee will be issued that can be used towards a Rocky Mountain event in the 2020 Season.

Credits will be issued via a one time use promotional code that can be used during the normal online registration process. Credits are only valid for one event. If you are unable to attend the event you used the credit towards, a refund or second transfer will not be permitted.
