VIRus 2nd 50

VIRginia International Raceway

Configuration: NORTH COURSE

Welcome to registration for this private NASA Mid-Atlantic test day at VIR NORTH COURSE on Sunday May 17!

We are working closely with VIR and we are limited to 50 drivers for this event. Racers, Time Trial drivers, Instructors, Advanced, and HPDE 2 solo drivers are welcome. Not permitted are HPDE 1 drivers and HPDE 2 drivers who need an instructor. If you would like to participate, you must register by midnight Tuesday May 5. The Saturday May 16th private event for 50 sold out in 24 hours and we expect that this Sunday May 17th North course configuration will be popular as well. Sign up for the wait list if event shows as full because there may be changes to the list.  This event is based upon participation and will be cancelled if we do not have a sufficient number of drivers by midnight Tuesday May 5th.  Only drivers and necessary crew permitted.

The format will be an open test day with approximately 8 hours of driving time, and the fee is $495.
Social distancing guidelines will necessitate changes for normal NASA Procedures and these will be presented to drivers by email.
Once you are registered, no refunds, credits, or cancellations will be permitted for any reason. If you can't make the event, you forfeit your $495 entry.

If the event must be cancelled by VIR or NASA, a credit for a future event will be offered and the credit will be valid through the 2021 season for any NASA Mid-Atlantic event.
Camping is permitted and fees will be paid to VIR. Lodging is also available through VIR.
All drivers are responsible for any track damage that is the result of their actions on or off the track and will be financially responsible for repair/replacement of damaged track property.
